Site Lettings Supervisor

  • Grade 4 £21,574 £21,967 per annum_
  • Full time, 37 hours per week_


We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Site Lettings Supervisor to assist with the maintenance, security, and facilities services across the Academy and supervise our School Lettings Programme.

This post supports our School Lettings programme and assists our Premises Team. We are looking for the right person to develop this area.

You may have experience in the Leisure industry or have previously worked in a school environment but most importantly you'll enjoy working with people.


The role is to provide general assistance with school maintenance high quality service to individuals/organisations hiring the school facilities, and to ensure the site facilities are used appropriately used and are clean and secure at the beginning and end of each hiring.

Typically, this role will include afternoon/evening work with the availability for some weekend hours for those who wish to do so.

You must be flexible to work varying shift patterns in order to support our external lettings. If you feel you can bring something special to our school, we want to hear from you now


The role includes:

  • Supervision of Lettings Programme in conjunction with the Finance, Premises, and School Business Managers.
  • Site Security, including buildings access.
  • Maintaining relationships with external customers.
  • Portering and cleaning duties as required.
  • Facilitation of general maintenance, decorating, and repairs.
You would be joining Crofton Academy at an exciting time in its development. In 2020 the Academy became part of Castleford Academy Trust.

Over the last 2 years, the Academy has been on a substantial improvement journey, the result of which is significant improvements in behaviour, leadership, and the quality of education.

The Academy were recently visited by Ofsted as part of a monitoring visit the outcome of which was overwhelming positive regarding the direction of travel for the Academy.
