Basic salary, £26,000 (varies with experience, can be more)
OTE £30,000+

1 in 4 Saturdays Morning only

We are currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Service Advisor to join our client's team, a well-established family-run main dealership located in Northampton.

As a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will be a vital link between customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless experience and maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

Warmly welcoming customers and assessing their service needs in a courteous manner.
Efficiently scheduling appointments and optimising the allocation of service resources.
Providing clear cost estimates and presenting service options to customers.
Facilitating effective communication between customers and skilled technicians.
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
Managing payment transactions and meticulously maintaining service records.

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and qualities:

Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
Exemplary customer service skills coupled with a friendly and personable demeanor.
Strong organisational aptitude and effective multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for recordkeeping.
Genuine enthusiasm for vehicles and automotive technology.
Flexibility to participate in a rotational Saturday schedule.
