Are you a proficient Designer, with a collaborative and cheerful attitude?Do you have a passion for interiors, interest in education, and have a desire to succeed?
Due to our continued growth in FFE Consultancy in the educational furniture market, we are seeking a full-time FFE Designer to work in a vibrant, culture-led business.
The FFE Designer role is key to our successful project delivery, being integral to the successful production of solution orientatedspace plans, aligning project information, adhering to applicable design standards and adherence to Revit, and BIM Requirements.
As a company, we provide a comprehensive and detailed design service to our clients, including space planning, preparing 3D models and visuals, interior design schemes, FFE packages and bespoke furniture in both the educational and workplace sectors.

Responsibilities include but not are limited to:
Space planning
Producing 2D drawing layouts
Producing 3D models & visual representations
Attending project meetings
Producing detail drawing packages for client sign-off
Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
Model coordination across disciplines
Compliance to the project BEP
Application of COBie, classifications, and project data to the Revit model

Essential Skills
Previous experience working in the UK
Experience in FFE and space planning
Knowledge of education design principles
Collaborative working environments
5 years industry experience
Team player/collaborative approach
Understanding of BIM co-ordination and management principles within a construction industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent listening skills
Keen eye for detail
Ability to follow internal design processes and guides
Desirable Skills
Proficient in Revit
Modelling experience
Architectural and detailed design experience
Ability to travel to attend client meetings
