Role:
Production MIG Welder


Hourly Rate:
£11.46 per hour


Location:
Wolverhampton


Contract:
Temp - Perm

Hours of work: 37.5PW 7am

  • 3pm Monday to Friday
If you are first aid trained with certificates this would be advantageous but its not essential.


Our client has an ever-increasing order book and brand new facilities in Wolverhampton and they are keen to appoint a Production MIG Welder that will work in a high volume manufacturing setting.

The company is multi-faceted firm who have arms of the business doors, roof, and windows and a full in-house design team.


As a Production Welder you must be experienced in MIG, be able to set your own Jigs and fixtures and produce work at a top standard and in good time.

Using hand tools, power tools and have an excellent eye for detail.

This role would suit a person who is currently a Production Welder

  • Experience in MIG
  • Read Engineering/welding drawing (partially)
  • Mild Galvanised steel (air flow masks provided)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Visual inspection / cross reference from drawings
  • Team player
  • Skilled using power and hand tools


You will be expected to work in other departments of the business if the need arises, so a CAN-DO attitude is key to this role.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
From £11.46 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
