Future Fit Training is offering you the opportunity to join our highly coveted Sales team.

We are on the lookout for a Sales Executive who naturally stands out from the crowd and has a passion for being the best they can be.

You will need to turn your competitiveedge into sales results, and you'll gain the satisfaction of knowing you've helped and supported people as they set out on their careers within the health and fitness industry.

The position is predominantly home-based with one day per week spent with your colleagues at our Fareham office.

As a Sales Executive you will not be cold calling anyone. Instead, your leads are receivedexclusively from enquiries made by genuinely interested people. With ambitious, yet achievable targets, we seek to both challenge and reward you for hitting them.

We are keen to speak to you if you can communicate well and quickly build rapport with a variety of people, as well as providing exceptional service.

Essential Skills:

• A confident and friendly personality with excellent communication skills to match
• A 'make it happen' kind of attitude
• The ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
• Willingness to cover occasional weekend work

Desirable Skills Proven experience of success in a sales role is a huge advantage, but if you don't have sales experience and think you have what it takes, we'd still love to hear from you.
