Halo recruitment are recruiting for a dynamic, fast moving business within the Energy Sector - They are currently seeking an experienced operations Manager to join their team.

Salary:
£50,000 + performance-related bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

To manage the Operations and Warehouse Business Plan requirements and deliver the necessary business, systemrelated, administrative, process and control plan outputs required.
To support the Head of Operations with the delivery of their departmental objectives.
To support the Installation Controller in all aspects of his role ensuring that their objectives in planning, scheduling, and conducting all types of Installation are successfully achieved to required business plan levels.
To lead the performance management framework for the Operations and Warehouse teams in Fareham and Devon and conduct all HR and performancerelated tasks required across the function.
To ensure a robust and effective analysis, handling and reporting of all key performance metrics through the use of team resources, business intelligence and data available.
To ensure the Trustmark code of conduct & customer service levels are fully met across the Operations office, field teams and any subcontractors through the continuous development and maintenance of a suitable set of procedures, processes, and system recordsas well as working with compliance to remedy any shortcomings.
To develop and maintain suitable business model solutions, processes, and procedures to integrate and link any business partners covering additional measures or services.
Lead the Operations ECO4 2023 continuous improvement plan working with Compliance/Delivery and Finance to ensure increasingly profitable activity within the area and across the department functions and teams.
To ensure full compliance of the Operations office team with PAS 2035, legislative, Data Protection and GDPR across Fareham and Devon Operations and Warehouse

Qualifications / Training:

Degree qualified (not essential)
Relevant qualification or experience in Health & Safety Legislation
Experience of training or certification in a building environment (not essential)
UK Drivers Licence
