A Training and Consultancy service, based in Plymouth, which prides itself on customer service, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join its friendly yet professional team.

Customer Service Advisor
Responsibilities include:

Offering high levels of service to customers at all times
Comfortable making external calls
Ability to identify customer needs
Working closely across the wider team

Previous experience in a phonebased Customer service role
Good administration and IT skills
A selfstarter with great communication skills
