Job DescriptionProduct ManagerAbout UsAt Flui Technologies, we are all about progression - continually challenging and developing ourselves as individuals and as a company. For over 20 years, we have delivered business-critical solutions to the utilities sector, earning a reputation for scalable, reliable, and trusted platforms.

We are now building a product-led, customer-centric organisation that puts users at the heart of everything we do. Our vision is to create scalable, reliable platforms and data-driven solutions that address real-world challenges, from market settlement through MHHS and smart metering, to network operations and asset management, shaping the future of the energy and utilities industry.

We champion growth and development for all our people. Whether you join us from within the business or bring fresh perspectives from outside, we believe in nurturing talent, creating opportunities, and investing in our people as the future leaders of our business and industry.

Flui Technologies is part of the Jonas Software Operating Group within Constellation Software Inc. Jonas is the leading provider of enterprise full-service software solutions to multiple vertical markets, with over 60,000 customers in 17+ countries worldwide. Their focus is on building long-term partnerships and exceeding customer expectations - a value that's deeply embedded in our culture.

What You'll Be DoingYou will take end-to-end ownership of your Product Delivery Vertical, shaping the vision, defining the roadmap, and delivering solutions that address complex operational and regulatory challenges. Working closely with your Product Architect, Product Owner, and Development squads, you will translate customer needs, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements into a prioritised, value-driven backlog. You will balance regulatory compliance, innovation, and commercial growth to ensure every release delivers measurable impact. Your role will involve direct engagement with customers and industry stakeholders - understanding their challenges, anticipating market change, and turning those insights into scalable, high-quality solutions. You will represent your PDV in planning and governance forums, tracking delivery performance, and ensuring operational readiness for each release. In the energy networks space, this will include collaborating with DNOs, IDNOs, and asset operators to ensure our products support efficient network operations, accurate charging, and proactive asset management - while keeping the flexibility to adapt as priorities shift across the business.

    Role Responsibilities

Own the vision and roadmap for your Product Delivery Vertical, ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and commercial priorities

Collaborate with the Product Architect to shape technical design and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable

Translate customer, market, and regulatory insights into a value-driven, prioritised backlog

Track and report PDV performance against agreed KPIs (velocity, quality, commercial value)

Represent the PDV in quarterly planning, governance, and release readiness forums

Engage directly with customers, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders to validate requirements and roadmap priorities

Ensure operational readiness for all releases, including appropriate enablement and support resources

    Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent) in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment

Knowledge of network operations processes (connections, forecasting, outages/restoration, DUoS charging, flexibility event management) - ideally within the UK energy sector and DNO/IDNO environments

Track record of delivering products in a regulated industry

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences

Experience working in agile delivery environments and using agile tooling (e.g. Azure DevOps)

    Personal Attributes

    Outcome-driven, commercially aware, and customer-focused

Able to navigate complexity and make clear prioritisation decisions

Collaborative, confident engaging at all organisational levels, and comfortable challenging assumptions

Adaptable and resilient, with a proactive mindset in the face of change

Strong communicator and influencer, able to articulate business value and product direction clearly

Other desirable but not essential experience

Understanding of UK energy market regulation and governance (Ofgem, BSC, SEC, REC)

Experience in flexibility markets, constraint management, or asset optimisation solutions

Exposure to integration projects with network or asset management systems
