About The Role

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of business analysts and content editors to drive UI and conversion improvements
- Drive and analyse our A/B testing strategy to measure website performance
- Develop and execute a clear and compelling product or website strategy
- Create and maintain a comprehensive product or website roadmap
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution
- Utilise agile methodologies for project management and progress tracking
- Champion usercentric design principles and collaborate with UX/UI designers
- Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure highquality deliverables
- Monitor product or website performance, conduct data analysis, and implement optimizations
- Manage our CMS to ensure our website content is updated and maximise development efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and manage expectations
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings
About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Website Manager
- Strong understanding of product or website development processes
- Knowledge of web analytics, usability testing, and user research techniques
- Familiarity with web technologies, CMS, and SEO best practices
- Excellent project management and problemsolving skills
- Strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking abilities
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
