About The Role
We are seeking a talented individual who can lead the way in shaping our digital presence and driving success. Main Responsibilities:

Manage a team of business analysts and content editors to drive UI and conversion improvements
Drive and analyse our A/B testing strategy to measure website performance
Develop and execute a clear and compelling product or website strategy
Create and maintain a comprehensive product or website roadmap
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution
Utilise agile methodologies for project management and progress tracking
Champion usercentric design principles and collaborate with UX/UI designers
Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure highquality deliverables
Monitor product or website performance, conduct data analysis, and implement optimizations
Manage our CMS to ensure our website content is updated and maximise development efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and manage expectations
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings

About You

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Website Manager
Strong understanding of product or website development processes
Knowledge of web analytics, usability testing, and user research techniques
Familiarity with web technologies, CMS, and SEO best practices
Excellent project management and problemsolving skills
Strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking abilities
Outstanding communication and leadership skills
