THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading online tour operator based in the UK, selling holidays nationwide.
THE ROLE
Our client is looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to work remotely for their busy European sales team.
Key responsibilities:
- Build an excellent rapport in order to create trust, to understand the customer and what they are looking for.
- Fulfil the customers needs through company suppliers and booking systems adding additional ancillary products in order to exceed sales targets.
- Ensure all steps are taken to complete the booking and retain the customer and to build your own customer portfolio.
- Maintain accuracy when inputting and obtaining information.
- Develop relationships with customers to increase repeat business and recommendations.
THE PERSON
Key skills, experience and qualifications:
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding daily sales targets.
- Extensive European travel knowledge.
- Travel agency or call centre experience.
- Ability to work within a fastpaced environment.
- Proven knowledge of supplier websites.
- Previous experience in luxury European and Worldwide
With the option to work remote or hybrid, this position is paying up to £23k per annum with OTE up to £40k per annum.
Full time position working up to 39 hours per week, across 4 days, including 1 weekend.Benefits:
