Description
Our longstanding client now has an excellent opportunity for a Estate & Facilities Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The company are fast growing and this position will be a fast paced role to meet their business needs.Day to Day Role
- Support the Estates & Facilities Team in maintaining databases and company systems including those used for management of; training records; facilities maintenance and contractor information; and quality and compliance/risk documentation.
- Provide central support for contractor activities on site for Estates and other departments by ensuring all works are tracked and recorded under PermittoWork system.
- Support the site Legionella management programme, ensuring monitoring tasks are completed and associated databases are updated.
- Support management of chemical inventories, safety data sheets and COSHH assessments for chemicals used by the team.
- Support the Maintenance Supervisors in management of plant room and engineering areas, including purchasing and placing of safety equipment, signage, and materials required.
- Provide support for managers in collation and recording of Safety Performance Indicators and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) metrics.
- Organise and take minutes in team meetings where required.
- Participate in and support internal and external inspection and audit programmes coordinated by the department.
- Collate and share suggestions and observations with Health & Safety / Risk Manager to create consistency in safety standards throughout the EMS department and the company.
- Deputise for the Health & Safety / Risk Manager at facility Process Safety Meetings and/or Health & Safety Committee meetings where required.
Package
- Monday to Friday (37 hours per week)
- Permanent
- Starting Salary = £30,000
