Our client, a global and high profile organisation, urgently require an experienced Professional Trainer to undertake a long term contract.

In order to be successful you must have the following experience:

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

Delivering Learning and Development activities across the business
Ensuring required resources are identified, utilised and developed to meet the business requirements
Support the Team Leader
Develop a training environment which enables individuals to acquire/develop vocational skills and knowledge
Promote the progression of teaching practices to maintain and improve quality standards
Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders
Bidding and tendering for contracts, andconverting contract requirements into tangible learning programmes
