Our client based in Yate are looking for someone to join their small and friendly team, temp to perm roleKey Responsibilities
- You will be looking after 5 key accounts primarily through an online helpdesk
- Administration and maintenance of records through a management system (full training given)
- Handling a variety of telephone queries, accurately recording key activities in a monthly KPI
- Great communication skills, confident telephone manner
- Computer literate, particularly with Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail, ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
Salary between £23-25k depending on experience
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
