We are recruiting
female Carers/PAs on behalf of our client, a 27-year-old female who has returned home after graduating from Birmingham City University in Art & Design.


Start:

ASAP

Location:
Ynysddu, Caerphilly


Rate of Pay:
£12.50 per hour - 39 hours per week including paid breaks


About Our Client

  • A wheelchair user who has a rare condition called Schwartz Jampel Syndrome.
  • Graduated from Birmingham City University in Art & Design
  • Interests: Art & Jewellery Design, reading and music
  • Enjoys going to the cinema, going to coffee shops or a bite to eat
  • Loves to just sit in and chill watching Netflix, movies and TV.
  • Has a pet Cat.
  • Music: indie, rock, classic rock and Jake Bugg

About the Job
This job would be ideal for a female Carer/PA with similar interests.


This is a great opportunity to spend a year doing something very different and meaningful, before embarking on a further career.

You will provide our client's personal / health care and social support. You will be required to attend medical appointments with the client.

This is also a flatmate type of role which goes far beyond simply care work and includes all the fun things you'd expect a 27 year old to be doing.

Like going away for the weekend, going to the cinema, watching TV, shopping and much more

Care experience is not required as full training in our client's particular requirements will be provided.


About You

  • You will need to be physically fit, calm, patient, caring and have a good sense of humour
  • Good organisational skills and being able to work from your own initiative
  • Organised, mature, a responsible attitude and reliable.
  • Be professional
  • Fluent in English
  • Be clean and tidy in both your appearance and ways
  • Be vaccinated against Covid1
  • A full UK Drivers Licence


You must be able to respect our client's privacy and have an understanding of the need for confidentiality in all areas of your work.

Salary:
£12.50 per hour

  • Blackwood (NP12), NP11 7JG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
