A British heritage department store chain, with a portfolio of stores across England is looking to recruit a for a talent and development manager.

This is a newly created role within a growing HR department and reports into the HR director.

The company hasbeen investing heavily across a number of functions, one of which is the people agenda with this role being part of the next phase in growth.

The company is a premium retailer that is instantly recognisable and has a solid reputation for quality product andservice.


The successful applicant will have gained experience in a fast paced, retail environment and will have experience in talent attraction, on-boarding, succession planning and employer branding.

You will also be responsible for owning the apprenticeship andearly careers strategy for the company.


In return they are offering a basic salary of £75,000 plus all the usual benefits you would associate with a role of this level.

There is a hybrid working model in place of three days in the office and two from home.
