A role that can make a difference to patients?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Handler to join our Single Point of Access team, within Community Services.

The Single Point of Access (SPA) receives incoming referrals from Patients/GPs/ Hospitals/Community In-Patient Units and other health service professionals across York, Selby and North Ryedale.

The post holder will be part of a rota system. The service operates 7 days a week from 7.

30am - 8pm,shift patterns are:
- (Early) 8am - 4pm (one shift will work 7.30am-3.30pm)
- (Mid) 10am - 6pm
- (Late) 12noon - 8pm

At the weekend there are two shift patterns (weekend and bank holiday enhancements are paid for all hours worked):

  • (Early am
  • 3.30pm
- (Late) - 12noon - 8pm
