Business Development Executive
Morgan Hunt is working with a Top Tier law firm to find an exceptional Business Development Executive with pitches and proposal experience to join there ever-expanding busy team.
This permanent role's office is in central London, however since covid theyhave adopted a predominantly worked remotely lifestyle; salary is £40,000.
Key Responsibilities of the new Business Development Executive:
- Working with lawyers and teams to identify opportunities to win business, drafting new lawyer profiles
- Researching experience held in the firm within different markets/sectors.
- Responding to RFPs and tender requests, ensuring all experience is stored on the internal credentials database.
- Managing the entire pitch process working closely with Partners.
- Writing various forms of copy for pitches, proposals and other materials when required.
- Working with the wider team to come up with new ideas and campaigns to reach clients and potential lawyers.
Previous Skills and Experience of the new Business Development Executive:
- 2+ years marketing or business development experience, preferably within a law firm or other professional services environment.
- Wellspoken and confident dealing with senior lawyers.
- Excellent organisational skills ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects running in parallel with tight deadlines.
- A team player as well as the ability to work autonomously where required.
- Can do attitude and high attention to detail with an ability to think outside the box.
First Round interview -_An informal chat with CEO and Business development Manager_
Second Round Interview -_small task required to complete_
