Brief overview of the role:


As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice at Concrete Marketing Consultants, you'll support our efforts to deliver strategically planned marketing campaigns for our clients.

This apprenticeship offers a hands-on learning experience that will prepare you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in marketing.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Multi-Channel Marketing apprentice.


At Concrete Marketing Consultants, we provide marketing services to various clients in the construction industry, including those in the engineering, manufacturing, training, and e-commerce businesses.

From strategic planning to execution, we provide adapted marketing services that drive growth to maximise ROI. We value creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning as a small team.


As a Multi-Channel marketing Apprentice at Concrete Marketing Consultants, you'll support our efforts to deliver strategically planned marketing campaigns for our clients.

This apprenticeship offers a hands-on learning experience that will prepare you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in marketing.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and develop multiple social media accounts.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and analysing key metrics to optimise results.
  • Contributing to creating ideas and content for all digital platforms.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to inform campaign strategies.
  • Creating blogs, press releases, and written articles for relevant industry topics

Qualifications Required:

Grade 4/C in Maths and English is desirable


Desired skills:

You should be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of marketing principles. This could be show-casing a portfolio of evidence from a relevant school or college course, as a for instance.


Personal Qualities:


  • A genuine passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital channels and marketing principles.
  • Able to demonstrate creative flair and an eye for design.

Training to be provided:

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification:
The qualification has core knowledge elements including but not limited too;

  • Marketing concepts & theories
  • Laws regulations & ethics
  • Monitoring & measuring success in marketing
  • Creating engaging content
  • Creating & managing marketing campaigns


Intequal's apprenticeships are delivered by expert Technical Trainers through a blend of 1-1 and group interactive online learning sessions, with a learner-led approach to flex the training style based on individual needs - providing consistent and inclusive work-based training for businesses and their employees.

You will undertake Functional Skills for English and/or Maths if needed


Future Prospects:

Possible full-time role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
