Your New Role
As a valued member of the team, you will handle incoming calls from customers looking to register, and manage emergency claims, so it is imperative that you are empathetic and have experience in dealing with customers in stressful situations.
As customers will often call during an emergency you will need to effectively manage their expectations and guide them through the claiming journey.
You will play a vital part in assisting customers when they need us the most and have excellent attention to detail to enable you to capture all information required within the first call.
We would like to hear from you if you have experience with, or have a keen interest in assisting customers during a range of emergencies within the home including:- Plumbing and drainage leaks, blockages and burst pipes
- Boiler and heating systems not working
- Electrics failing in the property
- Vermin infestations
- Roofing issues
During the role you will:
- Take incoming calls from customers looking to log new claims
- Call outbound for customer and supplier updates
- Do general file management
- Appointment booking for customers and suppliers
- Be the first point of contact for customers experiencing an emergency
- Provide empathetic, honest support
- Deal with multiple lines of home insurance
- Action backoffice tasks such as paying invoices and closing claims
