The Role


The Itinerary planning advisor is an exciting role within the business, supporting the Senior Itinerary Planner with the delivery of ship itineraries for the Carnival UK fleet.


You will have a hand in creating, developing and planning across 11 CUK ships, from the sunshine Caribbean to the Far East to the snow-capped mountains of the Norway Fjords.


This role includes:

  • Assisting with berth booking during the deployment process and track booking progress, reporting findings to the Senior Itinerary Planner.
  • Assisting in the resolution of berth conflicts identified during the deployment process and track all changes made prior to publication of the brochure.
  • Support the Senior Itinerary Planner in the regular maintenance of itineraries and port data in the system.
  • Ensure berth information is completed and shared once berths are confirmed.
  • Respond to port agent and internal stakeholder itinerary queries in a timely manner.
  • Gather up to date information from ports and destinations to help develop port database


Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities.

This role is a CUK13 and is offered on a full time, permanent/ basis with at least two days based in our Southampton office.
