CRM Marketing Manager - London - Hybrid


Our client is a UK retail giant and looking for an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to join their existing Marketing Leadership team.


This is an important role, seeking a creative individual who can think strategically, has copywriting abilities as well as web and social experience.


Key responsibilities of the CRM Marketing Manager include:

  • Conceptualising campaigns and translating them to marketing programmes
  • Implementing campaigns across all digital channels
  • Driving the digital transformation and marketing and sales alignment project
  • Using Salesforce to manage new user set up, design, and build of internal and external marketing campaigns
  • Building relationships across UK, Ireland and US
  • SOCIAL MEDIA
  • Managing social media accounts and creating a content calendar
  • Optimizing posts and content
  • WEBSITE
  • Managing and optimizing website content

Skills required:


  • Solid Salesforce experience or with any other CRM platform
  • Website management experience
  • Project Management and communication skills
  • Google Analytics experience
