Accounts Payable Assistant, £15-£18 hourly, Hybrid; Swindon


IN2Consult has a new contract opportunity with one of our biggest and most successful clients, in which you can get involved in some exciting projects.

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to drive real change within the organisation toset themselves up for further success.


The key duties involved in the Accounts Payable Assistant, role are as follows

  • Processing high volumes of invoices.
  • Reconciling bank & supplier statements.
  • Reconciling intercompany transactions.
  • Completing payment runs
  • Assist with general ledger
  • Work with external stakeholders, escalating issues if required
  • Ownership of the inbox
  • Good Excel skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Shared Service experience is desirable
  • Multicurrency experience is desirable
