- Providing excellent customer service
- Key point of contact for your accounts
- Proactively engaging with clients to improve customer satisfaction
- Updating spreadsheets and databases
- Responsible for providing new quotes
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with your key accounts
- Gaining feedback to assist with product development
What you need:

- Experienced in being an excellent communicator
- Experience working in a similar role
- Strong initiative
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service
- Confident using Excel
- Understand KPI's and how they are met
