Job Type:
Part-time (20 hours per week), with possibility of extension to permanent position after 3-month trial period.


Salary:
£19,500 - £28,500 per year pro rata.

We are a rapidly growing company providing design, installation, and maintenance services to some of the UK's largest high street brands, as well as independent property investors.

We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant.


Key Responsibilities:

• Answering customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Writing invoices and quotations
• Assisting with expense claims
• Helping with quotations and office administration
• Maintaining social media accounts
• Time tabling
• Taking ownership of company admin and accounts

Requirements:

• Proficient in the use of Excel and ideally Xero
• Excellent grammar
• Highly organised with a passion for organising and rearranging things
• Interest in interior or graphic design, marketing or events background is a plus
• Clean driving license is essential
