Description
I am Actively Recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for a position based in the Woking Area in Surrey.

This is a Permanent role working Full-time Monday - Friday.


Job Details:

  • Monday
  • Friday (40hrs)
  • 23 days holiday + bank Holidays
  • Salary £40,000 £45,000
  • Buy/Sell holiday

Responsibilities:


  • Manage a team of Engineers to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the clients sites.
- manage the maintenance of domestic & Commercial properties

  • Ensure engineers are hitting relevant KPI's regarding work done.
- keep updated with HSE protocol

  • Carry out full scope of works, including ordering materials to complete repairs intime
  • Be involved in client liaison maintaining a good working relationship
  • Ensure appropriate controls within the Permits to Work systems
- support, train and develop the trades and subcontractors in their technical ability
- proactively manager sub-contractors


Requirements:


  • NVQ level 2 or quivalent in a relevant trade
  • IOSH Managing safely or Equivalent
  • 2 years minimum experience of supervising of maintenance repairs/project work
- line management experience.
