Principle Planner - Ref: 67357
The position of a Principle Planner has become available in the Northamptonshire area within the public sector.

Contract length:
Three to six months ongoing

Pay rate:
£40 per hour via an Umbrella company

Other duties of the role include:

Determine large-scale and complex proposals for development in the area ensuring compliance with the Local Plan and the national policy framework
The ability to ensure plans are delivered on time & outcomes are monitored; excellent prioritising, planning and organising skills
Demonstrable experience in urban design, master planning and infrastructure planning
Degree level qualification in Town Planning
