Job description

We are looking for a Finance and Resources Officer to join our growing team.

You will be a self-starter, good at working independently but also able to work well as part of the existing team within CHEM Trust.

Your main focus will be to ensure the smooth running of CHEM Trust's internal support functions.

This will include day to day tasks including the administration of the accounts processes (Xero), assisting the DFR to meet the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting deadlines, and ensuring that the integrity of the internal systems and processes are maintained to a high standard.


You will have a solid background in finance and ideally, you will also have experience of HR, governance, or procurement too.

We need someone who enjoys variety in their role and actively seeks out opportunities to improve the support function in general.

You must be familiar with Microsoft 365 and specifically, Excel, which you will use extensively.
