We are currently recruiting for three late support workers, with a variety of hours available. Please see our website for further information on this.

Our late support workers ensure that our standards of care are maintained and the security of our clients and property is maintained outside of day shifts.

You are responsible for supervising and encouraging the residents to maintain the culture of treatment and recovery at the Nelson Trust and to manage effectively any issues that may arise.

Applicants should be comfortable with lone working, be confident to seek and give support to other lone working colleagues. This role operates on a rolling shift pattern to include some weekend and bank holidays.

The Nelson Trust is committed to safeguarding, the successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
