Sales Consultant - £23,000 basic, Uncapped commission (£30k OTE) - Cardiff (Hybrid)

You may have known us previously as Spectrum Internet and NSUK - we've rebranded to Ogi; a new name that reflects our commitment to serving Welsh communities.

We've received a multi-million-pound investment and are currently in the thick of our large-scale full-fibre internet deployment across South Wales

We're looking for a Sales Consultant who is interested in joining a tight-knit team, working with warm leads and no cold calling


About you

With a background in a customer-facing industry, we're looking for people either with experience in sales, or someone who has experience speaking with customers in any capacity, but are keen to learn and work in a new career with some great development opportunities.

What you'll be doing
This is a unique opportunity to join the fastest growing company in Wales.

You'll be actively involved in communities and play a leading role in delivering the net subscriber numbers sales across South Wales.


You will be actively contacting customers who have registered an interest in our services _(we don't cold call)_ through our outbound channel and helping to educate them about who Ogi are and what we can offer them.

As well as outbound you will also be dealing with inbound calls generated by our hyperlocal marketing campaigns.


You should thrive on the challenge of delivering to a target and will become a brand ambassador and sales professional who, through expertise and knowledge, is capable of delivering sales to the business.


_Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
_

  • Delivery of all KPIs including leads, sales volume, dropout, early churn, product and package blend, and cost of acquisition.
  • Be able to deliver upgrade opportunities through to sale
  • Provide regular 'insight and learnings ' from inbound/outbound activity to the Telesales manager and wider team, proactively monitoring and analysing metrics, customer offer strategies to identify opportunities for activity optimisation and to inform future activity.
  • Use CRM systems and others to track and manage sales and consumer information (taking into account GDPR implications).
  • Attend regular team meetings, reviewing performance, sharing ideas and insights.
