Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Keep up to date with product and service information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Salary:
£21,079.00-£22,521.00 per year
