Description

Our Client in Dunkeswell are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join their team.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes.

This is a full-time position, working 6am-4pm, 4 of 5 days Mon-Fri, with competitive pay and an immediate start after a successful interview.

Duties:

Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications
Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
