- As HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HRM function and _provide comprehensive HR Administration and support to the Company across all aspects of HR. _As well as, _working_ closely with the HR Advisor (Support services) and HRBPs to ensure a high quality of HR Service is delivered to the business and external customers._
_The Role:
_
_General HR Administration - _:
- _To be first point of contact for any HR Queries_
- _To provide a professional and confidential service for all stakeholders within specified deadlines_
- _Prepare and regularly audit personnel files_
- _Ensure data entry is completed to an accurate and high standard_
- _Assist with the inductions for all new starters ensuring all required information is gathered along with the necessary right to work checks_
- _Process leavers, advising the necessary parties (e.g., IT, pension providers) _
- _Monitor and record PDR completion_
- _Pension processing_
- _Provide administration support for the IET accreditation scheme within R&D_
- _Provide administration support for the E3 sponsorship program_
- _Ensure Occupational Health provision is efficiently managed, arrange monthly clinics, annual Wellbeing sessions, annual health assessments (lung function, blood leads, etc.), send referrals and deal with reports._
- _Raising purchase orders on the procurement system_
_Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation - _:
- _To update the personnel database with up to date and accurate information that is in line with annual audits._
- Assist in the recruitment process _
- _Monitor visa expiry dates_
- Learning & Development responsibilities _
- _Apprentice program co-ordination to include communicating with outside providers_
- _Assisting with various internal training programs_
- _Schedule training, sending invites and booking training rooms as required_
- _Evaluate the success of training using feedback forms_
- _Assist with the development of internal training programs_
- _Prepare claw back agreements for employees in respect of company training_
- _Demonstrates strong initiative, proactive planning, resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities and heavily focused on customer service_
- _Ability to maintain strict confidentiality_
- _Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills_
- _Flexibility and ability to work off own initiative_
- _Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and can demonstrate responsive communication_
- _Extremely professional and with the ability to develop working relationships across all levels_
- _Advanced MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)_
_Desirable:
_
- _Experience of working in an Administration environment_- _Have the confidence and ability to manipulate and scrutinise data from Excel._
