Main duties & responsibilities

Ensure the smooth running of recruitment activities, ensuring all vacancies are recruited in a timely manner.
Work with hiring managers to review and update job descriptions where necessary.
Establish and maintain a database of CVs.
Visit job fairs, universities and other appropriate places to establish relationships and attract talent from all areas.
Liaise with the wider Human Resources team to aid with the onboarding of new teammates.
Challenge, provoke and coach managers on good recruitment practices.
Maintain, review and update recruitment policies where necessary.
Work with the Learning & Development Manager (and HR Business Partners) to design and deliver recruitment training for managers, including appropriate interview techniques.
Create, maintain and keep uptodate recruitment trackers.
Undertake such other tasks commensurate with the responsibilities of the role
Such other duties as requested by management.

Essential attributes

Ambitious and energetic individual with a passion for sourcing talent.
Ability to interact with and influence managers at varying levels of seniority.
Experience in a similar role.
Full, working knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent attention to detail.

Desirable attributes

Knowledge of employment law.
MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
Has worked with Broadbean.
