Job Description Summary:

Fancy a job in a lead generation team of a global real estate services company and build up your career while maximising your earning potential?

You will be working with a dynamic, highly performing, and fast-growing team of telephone consultants who works hard but plays harder Team outings, team lunches and meals out, summer excursions, random activities, pub nights-you name it, we do it

40 hours a week is all we require from you.

The role is focused on answering all inbound enquiries from anyone who is looking to buy, sell, rent, or lease properties in London and around the UK.

During downtimes, the role switches to proactive calling of active applicants from JLL's database to generate leads.

Commissions are uncapped-the more deals you make the bigger your take-home pay If you fancy career progression and build your career, this role is your perfect opportunity as we promote internal progression.

Requirements:

Positive, proactive attitude. Highly resilient.
Hard working.
Experience of telephone-based contact centre work is preferred.
Strong sales skills are required. Experience of telephone-based sales work is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A high degree of integrity, suitable to the JLL brand, is required.
Experience within the property industry is desirable, but not required.
Experience in hospitality, recruitment, telesales and retail are suitable for this role

Salary package


Basic pay:
£20,000 while probationary, £22,673.04 thereafter
OTE is £32,000, plus uncapped commissions
