Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Sourcing and analysing potential investments, including the underwriting and building financial models
  • Preparing investment decision materials for senior leadership
  • Conducting due diligence and coordinating the transaction process including interacting with external advisers and collaborating with jv partners
  • Supporting transaction structing
  • Overseeing the preparation of marketing materials and market research
  • Leading and supervising the contribution of investment analysts

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education level: undergraduate degree with an excellent academic record
  • Seeking minimum of three years relevant real estate investment experience as an Analyst
  • Background could include real estate private, institutional real estate investors or asset managers or real estate corporate finance
  • Interest in valueadd or opportunistic investing
  • Ideally have experience across several real estate jurisdictions and asset classes
  • Advanced financial modelling is critical to success must be able to build models from scratch
  • Ability to work well in diverse teams in a fastpaced and stimulating environment
  • Language skills: English (required), other languages highly desirable
  • Working in a fastpaced environment, in a small team with a flat hierarchy
