    The successful candidate will be an integral part of our MNC IT Services company, driving business success through proactive new logo sales efforts in the UK.

    Key responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic sales plan, conducting market research, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and staying informed about industry trends.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT services sales, preferably within the quality engineering and testing services sector, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

    Additional qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, strong prospecting and networking skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the value proposition of our services in collaboration with internal teams.
    • Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives in close coordination with senior management.
    • Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track sales activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
    • Proven track record of IT services sales hunting role, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
    • Experience in testing services sales preferred.
    • Preferred exposure in BFSI/Banking/Retail/Insurance/Real estate domain.
    • Preferred exposure in Testing or IT services sales experience.
    • Strong prospecting and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
    • Should have strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with an emphasis on conveying ideas/solutions in an engaging manner.
    • Self-motivated and result-oriented individual with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong understanding of quality engineering and software testing methodologies, quality assurance, and the UK market.
