Personal Care Assistant providing 1 on 1 support to young people with Neuromuscular conditions. Working with one set service user within their own home.

Role available working for a small care company specialising in Neuromuscular Conditions. Supporting service users in five key aspects of care; Personal, Domestic, Medical, Academic and Social care.

Full paid training is given, great rates of pay and there is always management on call to help with any problems or queries.

Shifts - Part Time, up to 24 hours a week
