'We are looking for an experienced Workday Prism Specialist to join our team. The Prism specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing analytics solutions within the Workday Prism platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, creating data models, and building dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. The individual in this role should have a strong understanding of Workday HCM and Financial Management data structures and be proficient in using the Workday Prism Analytics toolset.

    Workday Prism Analytics tool
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Financial Management data structures.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Workday Prism Analytics
  • Expertise in Workday Advance reporting, matrix, and composite reporting
  • Experience with Workday Integration technologies such as EIB, Cloud connectors, Core connectors, DT, Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL), advanced reports, XML, XSLT.
  • Designing and implementing data models, transformations, and calculations to support business requirements and reporting needs.
  • Building and maintaining Prism data pipelines to integrate data from various sources, such as Workday, external databases, files, and APIs.
  • Should have experience in Workday Finance functional areas including Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, Expenses, Business Assets, Financial Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Settlements.
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.
  • Develop Prism solutions, reports, dashboards, and analytics to align with customer requirements.
  • Working experience with Data Integration, Data Quality and Data Architecture project life cycle, best practices.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Waterfall Model & Agile will be a plus.

Salary:
£52,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
