Bristol Zoological Society, the conservation and education charity that runs and operates Wild Place Project and conservation projects across the world, is recruiting a new Visitor Experience Administrator.

As an Administrator in the Visitor Experience team, you'll be responsible for:

The effective operation and administration of membership and office areas, including the accurate processing of memberships, direct debits, education and groups bookings, experience bookings, animal adoptions, event tickets and processing incoming and outgoing post.
Delivering outstanding visitor experiences, ensuring all visitors enjoy a fun and memorable experience.
Managing a varied and busy workload.

This is an exciting time to be joining the Society, with a new strategy in place to create a world-class Bristol Zoo with conservation and sustainability at its heart - to be built at the Society's Wild Place Project site.

The new Bristol Zoo will offer spacious, modern facilities, significant growth in our conservation and education work, and an innovative and exciting visitor experience.

The role will help to realise our vision of saving wildlife together, and you will be involved in supporting our transformation programme as plans for the new Zoo progress.
