Site Lead for an immediate start in
Belfast, County Antrim.


Purpose
To demonstrate significant improvements to the operations arising from analysis of feedback and changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:


Service Provision

  • Liaise with the client to ensure that equipment issues are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain continuous improvement environment focused on client needs.
  • Develop implement and monitor performance against targets/KPI's.
  • Responsible for PO generations control of the ordering system and material receptions.
  • Act quickly/efficiently on issues arising from audits example audit close outs.
  • Key conduit between site manager and operational staff on site.
  • Champion efficient operations within organization.
  • Demonstrate significant improvements to the operations arising from analysis of feedback and changing business needs.
  • To ensure that the site utilities being managed by ABM are available to support the client's production requirements.
  • Manage the machinery operational performance to demonstrate the cost effectiveness of the of the overall utilities operation.
  • Support delivery of site services within budget. Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and tracking to plan for financial costing.
  • To ensure all plant under control of a ABM is maintained in accordance with manufacturer specification/ best practice.
  • To develop and ensure that the planned preventive maintenance schedules are completed in accordance with the agreed schedule and assessed on an ongoing basis, the effectiveness of the PM schedules.
  • To ensure records of work carried out is recorded on the clients CAFM system.
  • To supply details of performance or facility support contractors on an ongoing basis as part of the contractor selection process.
  • To attend daily/ weekly site meetings to agree appropriate maintenance is carried out with minimum disruption to production.
  • To recommend to the site manager remedies that need to be carried out at the utilities plant to ensure its availability to support production required.
  • Report to site manager on progress plans utilizing the agreed KPI's.
  • To develop and implement structured reporting methods to ensure client visibility.
  • Identify to the site manager opportunities to diversify or increase contractual services to the client.
  • All assets to be set up for your work stream with relevant tagging system.
  • Criticality assessment completion.
  • Show flexibility towards out of ours contact.
  • Document all spare parts required and ensure that all are set up and dispersed location.
  • Become a point person for all FM related issues for your sites.
  • Challenge all MTC/SLA contracts and ensure all equipment and areas are covered.
  • Ensure all PPMs are set up for your area and ensure all our value add.
  • Drive all help desk work and ensure quick response as and when required.
  • Proactive approach to drive continuous improvements.
  • Fully support 5% energy reduction across company.
  • Act as delegation of authority for other site leads and contract manager.

People Supervision & Development

  • Capable of supporting personnel at all levels and positively reinforcing work structures statutory requirement policies and procedures required by the client.
  • To ensure ABM staff are trained to the agreed plan to carry out their roles using the annual appraisal process.
