Job Title: Senior M365 Productivity & Adoption Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior M365 Productivity & Adoption Consultant to join our Microsoft Business Solutions Team at Storm Technology Ltd.

About the Role:

You will work with clients to design, implement, and optimize M365 solutions, focusing on SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Purview. You will lead M365 adoption strategies, delivering workshops and training to ensure successful user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with clients to design, implement, and optimize M365 solutions, focusing on SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Purview.
Lead M365 adoption strategies, delivering workshops and training to ensure successful user engagement.
Guide businesses through M365 migrations, including SharePoint Online, using tools like ShareGate and Microsoft Migration Manager.
Contribute to pre-sales engagements, helping shape solution roadmaps that align with business goals.
Share knowledge across projects, collaborating with technical teams to ensure high-impact solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an M365 consultant, particularly with SharePoint Online.
Experience leading M365 migrations and adoption programs.
Strong skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, and Purview.
Ability to deliver engaging workshops and training to a variety of stakeholders.
A problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping clients maximize M365's potential.
Eligible for full security clearance.
