As an area of growth, we have multiple brand new roles in an already amazing team of individuals committed to helping disadvantaged young people grow in confidence and realise their potential through learning.


The role of Princes Trust Team Leader is ideal if you:

  • Can manage your own workloads and coordinate exciting projects like running action-packed residentials for outdoor pursuits and other engaging group activities
  • Can plan and deliver programmes of tailored employability content that is suitable to each intern depending on their individual needs and relevant to their placement
  • Want to get involved in all manner of interesting community projects
  • Passionately believe that every young person, no matter their complex circumstances and barriers to learning, should have the chance to build success
  • Can work with young people with learning difficulties & disabilities to build confidence, skills and skills to help unemployed young adults to reengage with education or move into employment

The Prince's Trust 'Team' Programme


The aim of the programme is to help disadvantaged young people change their lives and get into work, training or education.

'Team' is a 12-week, full-time personal development programme for 16-25-year-olds delivered largely through community work. One week of this programme will be a residential undertaking of outdoor pursuits and challenging activities.

Though ideally, you will:


  • Be able to deliver an employability curriculum that supports the workrelated activity each intern is undertaking
  • Have knowledge and experience of working with young people with learning difficulties and disabilities
  • Be passionate about working closely with learners and unlocking a bright future for disadvantaged young people
  • Be able to develop personalised programmes of study depending on each intern's needs
