Description
We are currently seeking a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Representative.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
  • Utilise effective communication skills to clearly and professionally communicate with customers
  • Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate, using persuasive techniques
  • Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations

Skills:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer inquiries
  • Proven ability to up sell products or services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary:
From £24,161.59 per year
