Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Association in Merseyside to recruit for a Repairs Customer Service Advisor on a temporary ongoing contract.
- Act as first point of call for tenants with maintenance & repairs reports
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Accountable for booking in work through the inhouse scheduling system
- Contacting contractors regarding work to be completed
- Direct queries onto the relevant teams when necessary
- Updating & maintaining databases
