A highly reputable, multi-office independent financial practice and provider of accounting, business advisory and wealth management services, currently require an experienced Remote / Hybrid Financial Planning Administrator, IFA Administrator to join its team

An exceptional opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to work mainly on a remote basis for one of the most reputable, higher end financial planners, offering a very competitive negotiable base, career progression and a superb benefits package.

The IFA Administrator Role (Key Responsibilities)

  • Liaison with insurance companies.
  • Production of client valuations and preparation of review packs.
  • Booking appointments and scheduling meetings.
  • Dealing with calls from clients/product providers.
  • Obtaining illustrations and quotations.
  • Ensuring documentation is fully prepared, pre and post advice.
  • Ensuring client database is kept up to date.
  • The individual will be working directly with Consultants and our Technical Support team, to deliver first class client service to clients, in a compliant manner.

IFA Administrator Experience, Skills, and Qualifications Required

  • Experience of working as a financial planning administrator.
  • Experience of providing excellent client service.
  • Highly numerate.
  • IT literate
  • Ability to communicate well both written and verbally.
  • Good letter writing skills and telephone manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Understanding of working within a highly regulated environment and complying with FCA regulatory requirements.
  • Experience of using Xplan advantageous
