We are looking for a Teacher in Aspirations.

Here's the standard bit:

As a Teacher in Aspirations you will have drive, passion and enthusiasm for helping SEND learners on their personal educational journey.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering teaching/learning programmesusing a flexible range of strategies and learning styles; taking responsibility for the quality of own teaching and related curriculum development.

Developing learning resources/materials to meet individual learner needs, you will assess student progress inCollege or on work experience and devise assessment processes against highly personalised progress targets

You will have a genuine desire to improve the life chances of our learners.

What you'll need:

  • Enthusiasm, resilience and highly motivated with Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2, you must have a Level 3 qualification or relevant NVQ (or equivalent).

Level 4 Teaching Qualification:

Certificate in Education/ PGCE/Bachelor of Education or required to achieve Level 5 Diploma (DTLLS) or equivalent within 3 years of appointment, relevant assessment qualifications - IQA/A1/V1 and evidence of current ContinuousProfessional Development.

You will be experienced and be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
