We are currently recruiting for a Complaints Officer to provide case management support to the DLO.

As the complaints officer you will help support our repairs service with a focus on complaint resolution and other customer-facing activities.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers regarding complaints, working closely with other colleagues within the organisation you will use your first class communication, negotiation and organisational skills to ensure your cases are resolved effectively, balancing the needs of the business with achieving the desired outcome for our customers
