Lead Administrator £25 - £30k NegMy client provides construction industry services in Hackney and now requires a Lead Administrator.
Purpose of role:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Contract Manager to ensure the smooth running of their work stream.
- Manage and monitor attainment of the Business Key Performance Indicators (KPl's)
- Coordinate and manage supply chain resources to include inductions, policy creation and skills matrix.
- Maintain profitability of contracts including management of labour and material costs
- Manage, coordinate and maintain regular core group meetings with all stakeholders to identify and resolve contractual issues
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Handle both written and telephone enquiries from a variety of stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner
- Effective diary management
- Identify skill shortages and gaps
- Recruit and induct new team members
- Monitor and assess team members performance,conduct biannual reviews and provide training for improvements
- Ad hoc support to all Contract Managers
