Lead Administrator £25 - £30k Neg

My client provides construction industry services in Hackney and now requires a Lead Administrator.


Purpose of role:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Contract Manager to ensure the smooth running of their work stream.
  • Manage and monitor attainment of the Business Key Performance Indicators (KPl's)
  • Coordinate and manage supply chain resources to include inductions, policy creation and skills matrix.
  • Maintain profitability of contracts including management of labour and material costs
  • Manage, coordinate and maintain regular core group meetings with all stakeholders to identify and resolve contractual issues
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Handle both written and telephone enquiries from a variety of stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner
  • Effective diary management
Team Management

  • Identify skill shortages and gaps
  • Recruit and induct new team members
  • Monitor and assess team members performance,conduct biannual reviews and provide training for improvements
  • Ad hoc support to all Contract Managers
