18-month Fixed Term Contract | £45,000 to £55,000 | Hybrid working
Our client has ambitious plans to drive innovation and to transform their industry.

To support them on this journey we're looking for a Digital PMO Manager to enable the successful delivery of their digital portfolio.

As PMO Manager you'll join the teamto ensure adherence to portfolio governance, provide financial and budgetary support to the project management community, and deliver management reporting, for a portfolio of around 40 projects and programmes.

Please note this is a hybrid working role and an 18-month Fixed Term Contract.


You'll ensure that all projects adhere to agreed best practice and that standard approaches are in place for tracking costs, quality and delivery timescales across the portfolio.

Working alongside a team of Project Managers, you'll be able to provide insightat a portfolio level to enable project prioritisation, resource allocation and planning.

As the PMO is already established, you'll be evolving and refining governance models and portfolio approaches rather than setting them up.


Our Client Is Looking For

  • PMO Manager with experience including financial management, budget setting, portfolio governance, management reporting/insight.
  • Ability to manage governance across Agile and Waterfall projects/programmes.
  • Good familiarity with PPM tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, matrix management, and communication skills.
  • Digital PMO experience would be advantageous but is by no means critical.
