Role Purpose
Menzies Aviation has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Coordinator to join the team for a 12-month fixed term contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Internal Communications Manager to plan and roll out a new employee communications platform.
You will be part of the communications team, which is responsible for internal and external communications and brand.What you will be doing
- Researching and creating engaging written and multimedia content
- Engaging operational teams to understand and identify their local requirements; plan and execute rollout of the app, including communication plans, supporting materials and incentives
- Working with internal teams to create processes, identify issues and capture feedback
- Establishing a network of communication champions
- Measuring agreed KPIs and driving improvements throughout the rollout process

What we are looking for
- Internal communications experience, inhouse or clientside agency, preferably B2B environment
- Excellent English writing and editing skills, additional language knowledge is a bonus
- Content creation ability to write for a range of internal audiences and voices
- Content management systems, including SharePoint, intranets or employee apps
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse range of competing priorities
- Comfortable working with international colleagues across multiple time zones
- Degreeeducated (or equivalent), preferably in communications, marketing, journalism, English or related discipline
