Role Purpose

Menzies Aviation has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Coordinator to join the team for a 12-month fixed term contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Internal Communications Manager to plan and roll out a new employee communications platform.

You will be part of the communications team, which is responsible for internal and external communications and brand.

What you will be doing

Researching and creating engaging written and multimedia content
Engaging operational teams to understand and identify their local requirements; plan and execute rollout of the app, including communication plans, supporting materials and incentives
Working with internal teams to create processes, identify issues and capture feedback
Establishing a network of communication champions
Measuring agreed KPIs and driving improvements throughout the rollout process

What we are looking for

Internal communications experience, inhouse or clientside agency, preferably B2B environment
Excellent English writing and editing skills, additional language knowledge is a bonus
Content creation ability to write for a range of internal audiences and voices
Content management systems, including SharePoint, intranets or employee apps
Organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse range of competing priorities
Comfortable working with international colleagues across multiple time zones
Degreeeducated (or equivalent), preferably in communications, marketing, journalism, English or related discipline
